I met Louisa through the school about 10 years ago. I was at my maximum weight 22 stone and very depressed. I formed a friendship with Louisa first and she started to help my mind set. What I mean by that is she changed how I processed my thoughts from being negative to positive. We started with self worth and self respect. Becoming confident in myself and my capabilities. I initially took time off from work for 6 months due to where I was within the darkness. From starting at what Louisa calls Route Cause, we investigated my past, right back to childhood. It was amazing and moving uncovering aspects but she always protected me with options to close doors if the memories at any time at any part of my life became too pain full. Louisa got me training and addressing my food. I had booked a Gastric Band in Belgium but I had to lose 3 stone. We did that but she kept saying we have just touched the surface. Louisa actually escorted me to Belgium and stayed throughout the procedure. The thing was I thought that was it, I started to slip rather quickly after the initial weight loss from the band as you could still eat and drink bad things like chocolate and hot chocolate drinks. So I dipped down in depression again. I reached out to Louisa and she said no, she said I wasnt ready to address the issues. I was so angry and upset but she was monitoring me without me knowing. Then three weeks later I called her crying, Louisa said you are now ready come round. I went down to 12 stone. I was really happy with her help and my own determination she made me believe I had inside me. I would advise anybody with a serious challenge concerning weight to contact Louisa as she deals with it inside out... not outside in... Mentally and Emotionally as well as Physically..  So much so I found Love, got Engaged and now Married. I am the one in the Middle. My sister is to the Left which Louisa applied a Non Smoking Hypnotic Screed to, she didnt even have cravings. Louisa is to my right joining us in my celebration of Love and Happiness.

I met Louisa by chance when I was asked to advertise her business in my shop window!

I had never heard of an ‘ hypnotherapy gastric band’  but  I was at my heaviest and having tried every diet going, with varying success, I thought I’d look in to it!

Louisa visited my home to discuss the process and find out if I was a good candidate for the ‘op’. She was wonderful, such a good listener and understanding. I was suitable!

After a couple of sessions of hypnotherapy, I went to Louisa’s for the hypnotherapy op. It was an incredible experience. I woke up feeling as though I’d had a real procedure!

The therapy addressed why I had a problem with food and the ‘surgery’ helped to put the damage right! It started straight away and within a very short time the weight was dropping off.

I lost 3 and a half stone with no real effort and felt brilliant throughout!

I can’t praise Louisa enough!
